Strategic Planning
Simply put, strategic planning determines where an organization is going over the next several years, how it’s going to get there and how it’ll know if it got there or not. We have expertise in a variety of perspectives, models and approaches to strategic planning. The way we approach strategic planning depends, in part, on the factors such as the nature of the organization’s mission, leadership, culture, complexity, size and the expertise of internal planners.
Quite often, an organization’s planners already know much of what will go into the strategic plan. However, development of the strategic plan greatly helps to clarify the organization’s direction and ensures that key leaders are all “on and following the same script.” Far more important than the strategic plan document, is the strategic planning process itself. We strive to improve the chances of success by introducing you to consultants who not only are competent in the strategic planning process, they also have the appropriate background, credibility and proven know-how to get the job done right the first time.
